At Fresh Cooked Meals, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order, we will make it right. This policy outlines the process for returns and refunds.

1. Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our meals. If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or you are simply dissatisfied with the quality of a meal, we offer a hassle-free refund or credit for the affected item(s).

2. Eligibility for Refunds & Credits
To be eligible for a refund or account credit, please notify us within 24 hours of your delivery date by emailing admin@freshcookedmeals.us with your order number and the reason for your concern.

We may require a photo of the damaged or unsatisfactory meal to help us improve our quality control.

3. Non-Refundable Items & Situations

  • Change of Mind: We cannot offer refunds simply because you changed your mind or forgot to cancel your order before the weekly cutoff deadline.
  • Failure to Receive Delivery: We cannot offer refunds for orders that are not received because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided by the customer, or because no one was available to receive the delivery.
  • Improper Handling: We are not liable for meals that spoil due to customer failure to store them properly or consume them within the recommended timeframe after delivery.

4. How to Request a Refund or Credit
Please contact our customer service team at admin@freshcookedmeals.us within 24 hours of delivery and include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The name of the meal(s) in question
  • A clear description and/or photo of the issue

5. Processing Refunds

  • Timing: Once your request is received and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. The timing for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your bank or card issuer’s policies.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If this is not possible, we will issue a credit to your Fresh Cooked Meals account for future orders.

6. Subscription Pauses, Changes, and Cancellations

  • Weekly Changes: You may skip a week or modify your upcoming subscription order up to the specified weekly cutoff time, which is displayed in your account.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription plan at any time. Cancellation will stop any future scheduled orders from being processed and charged. Cancellation must be completed before the weekly cutoff time to avoid being charged for the next delivery.
